Leading up to the Ontario Women’s Triathlon on September 10th in Georgina, Paolina Allan, an experienced triathlete, road racer and coach, will be leading 2 Free Clinics:
DATE & TIME: Monday September 5th @ 8am & Wednesday September 7 @ 6:45pm.
LOCATION: De La Salle Park, 787 Lake Drive East Jacksons Point, ON L0E 1L0
WHAT TO BRING:
– All swim gear, towel, transition towel, wetsuit, goggle, swim cap, bike, shoes, helmet, sunglasses, water bottle, some warm clothes just incase.
– All swim gear as above. run attire. – don’t forget your running shoes!
Bring all your questions and concerns. we will have a question and answer session at the end.

Allan is excited to bring this event to women of all abilities: “We want the event to be safe, fun and completely approachable for everyone, whether they have participated in an event before or are a first timer. The event will take place at De La Salle Park in the town of Jackson’s Point, a popular tourist area just one hour north of Toronto. Athletes will swim in Lake Simcoe and bike through the flat to gently rolling roads along Lake Drive and Metro Road North. The run is a picturesque course along the shore of the lake.
